At Chautauqua Eyecare we pride ourselves in utilizing the latest medical advancements in the treatment of eye diseases, as well as providing designer frame eyeglasses and breakthrough technologies in our eyewear and contact lenses. We are currently scheduling appointments for eye exams. As of February 12th, 2020, we are now accepting EyeMed, Fidelis Care/Davis Vision, Independent Health, Nova, Southern Tier Benefits, SuperiorVision, Total Senior Care, UnitedHealth, VSP, and YourCare insurances. We are continuing to obtain approval for additional insurances in the future and will post them as we do.
